Then covered all soffit and fascia areas with metal and installed seamless gutters where appropriate. The staff arrived as stated. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a joy to work with. Upon completion, the staff encouraged me to review their work and let them know if there were any issues. "Mike and his crew showed up on time and fixed the fascia, the gutters and the pool enclosure. There was a lot of small jobs and rotted wood that Mike saw, after he opened everything up, that were unanticipated. He fixed everything and did not charge extra for the added work. It was so refreshing to not have nickel and dime expenses added to the final bill. I noticed that some of Home ResQ’s customers gave them poor ratings because they took longer than expected to finish the work. They did take one day longer than they said, but it had also rained every day for the past two weeks. So, I’m not going penalize them for it. Also, as I said, there was a lot of unexpected work necessary to correct the problems. In my humble opinion, these folks are the real deal. They gave an honest estimate before work began and they were meticulous with the repairs. I have no reservations in recommending this company."
